Journey Packages
The Journey Packages offer individuals and couples an opportunity to explore a variety of modalities such as somatic practices, hypnotherapy, and reiki as part of their healing journey. The journey packages are created collaboratively with clients to ensure the best fit.
Clinical Track
Individuals and couples have an opportunity to take the clinical track where we will focus on diagnosis, evidence based interventions, interpersonal neurobiology, and my training as a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
Non-Clinical Holistic Track
As a Certified Heart-Centered Hypnotherapist and a Karuna Reiki Master, individuals and couples have an opportunity to experience coaching and the use of alternative healing modalities such as childhood and past life regressions, somatic practices, energy work, and reiki.
